Rifugio Pomedes timelapse in the Tofane Mountain Group, Cortina d'Ampezzo Italy
Timelapse from about 7100 feet, just above Rifugio Pomedes in the Tofane Mountain Group, Cortina d'Ampezzo Italy where we stayed July 30. The breathtaking vista includes the Tofana di Mezzo and the Via Ferrata Averau in the Cinque Torri across the valley we did the day before during a quick break in the weather. The face above the lift is the start of the Via Ferrata Punta Anna (5C rating, 2743 m / 9000 ft) which we did as our last climb. Amazing-- rivals Yosemite in many ways.
